Refund policy

Cancellations:

Cancellations received within 12 hours of ordering will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. 

If your payment method is declined, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.  However, if we are unable to reach you within 2 days, your order will be canceled.

Damages:

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us through our website's contact form as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
