Mexican Lager - Brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked maize. We then added sea salt and fresh lime juice to create the perfect summer crusher. 

Festbier is all about drinkability. Ours is brewed with German pilsner malt, a touch of Munich, and Hersbrucker hops. After an intense double decoction mash, the beer is fermented slow and cold. A cracker like aroma, clean, honey like sweetness and just enough hops to balance it all out.

AMERICAN IPA W/SPRUCE TIPS - 6.5% - Brewed with fresh picked spruce tips in collaboration with Wissahickon Trails to bring awareness to the Green Ribbon Trail. Now get out there and take a hike!

Pale Ale - 4.7% - This little guy is a beautifully crushable pale ale. Subtle malt sweetness is balanced perfectly with the addition of Columbus, Mosaic and Cascade hops. This beer may be tiny but it packs a ton of flavor.

Barrel Aged Stout - 12% - We brew this Imperial Stout to celebrate the darkest day of the year, the winter solstice.  This variant was aged for 33 months in a Fiddler Bourbon barrel.

Barrel Aged Stout - 10% - First brewed in 2017, this is a vintage of our original Imperial Stout.  This variant was aged in a Laird's Apple Brandy Barrel for 33 months.

Margarita Classico - Reposado Tequila, hand pressed lime juice, triple sec, agave syrup and a touch of sea salt.  Served on the rocks.  

Classic Cosmo - Vodka, fresh pressed lime juice, cranberry juice, Triple Sec.

Old Fashioned - Our signature Old Fashioned is made with Dad's Hat Whiskey, Turbinado syrup, Angostura and Orange bitters and sea salt. Garnished with fresh orange peel and a Luxardo cherry.

Cold Brew Martini - Vodka, Starbucks Cold Brew Coffee, Coffee Liqueur, Simple syrup.

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 12% - Dark Necessities is a 12% Imperial Stout we brewed in March 2021 and aged for 9 months in a Booker's Bourbon Barrel. This variant has notes of complex caramel, marshmallow light roasted coffee and a thicker body.

Hard Seltzer - 6% - Gluten free hard seltzer with 2 pumps of your choice of flavoring.

Brewed in collaboration with over 40 amazing breweries to raise money in the fight against pediatric cancer. This hazy IPA features Dolcita, Elani Cryo, Vera and Strata hops, bursting with tropical notes of papaya, coconut, pineapple and juicy stone fruit. 

Hazy IPA - 6.5% - Relax is a bright and juicy Hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Bru-1 and HBC 586. This little Hazy has intense notes of clementine, pineapple and lemon zest and is the perfect companion to just sit back, relax, and have a beer. 

Plus, Joanne says it smells yummy, so it’s gotta be good.

Blonde Ale - 5.5% - This beer will appeal to the craft beer drinker and the “just give me a beer” drinker alike. Easy drinking, straightforward and clean but by no means simple.
