Double New England IPA - 8.5% - Hazy double IPA aggressively hopped with Galaxy and El Dorado.
Märzen - 5.5% - Prost! Following tradition, we allowed this Marzen to lager through summer until the kickoff of Oktoberfest in Germany and the beginning of autumn. We love brewing and honoring traditional styles and we know you’ll be able to taste that love in this beer.
Mexican-Style lager brewed with fresh lime and a hint of sea-salt
Pastry Stout - 6.5% - This year, Santa doesn't want your lame-o milk and cookies-he's ready for a real beverage. We brewed him a Snickerdoodle cookie inspired pastry stout with cinnamon, cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla. This year, Santa is at the top of the naughty list.
Schwarzbier (Dark Lager) - 4.5% - Don't let the name fool you. While a flock of ravens is an Unkindness, this Schwarzbier is anything but unkind to your palate. Settle into a cold winter evening with this beautiful dark lager, and let the hint of chocolate soar through the complex roasted malt overtones.
Barrel Aged Stout - 12% - We brew this Imperial Stout to celebrate the darkest day of the year, the winter solstice. This cuvée of different spirit barrels was aged for 33 months before carefully blending.
Barrel Aged Stout - 10% - First brewed in 2017, this is a vintage of our original Imperial Stout. This variant was aged in a Laird's Apple Brandy Barrel for 33 months.
Old Fashioned - Our signature Old Fashioned is made with Resurgent Bourbon from Botanery Barn Distilling in Elverson (Chester County). We use a homemade demerara syrup (simple syrup made with raw sugar), aromatic and kumquat bitters from Bluestem Botanicals in Doylestown (family owned, organic herb farm), and garnish with fresh orange peel and a Amarena cherry.
Classic Gimlet - A classic cocktail, made with award winning Revivalist Garden Gin, fresh lime cordial and a touch of sea salt.
Free Fallin' - The perfect cocktail for fall and winter. We used Revivalist Harvest Botanical Gin, apple cider, cinnamon and clove syrup, lemon and aromatic bitters.
Nitro Cold Brew Martini - Our take on the Espresso Martini. We use La Colombe Cold Brew Coffee, Bulltown vodka, vanilla syrup and a touch of sea salt. Served on nitro for an extra velvety texture and garnished with coffee beans from Backyard Beans.
Double New England IPA - 8.5% - Brewed to honor the family that is Ten7, this smooth, creamy, hazy India Pale Ale was aggressively hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra Cryo hops. Look for the flavor and aroma of white wine and light citrus.
Fruited Sour - 6.5% - It’s our birthday, so in addition to releasing our anniversary beers, we decided to brew a jammy, slightly tart little sour that we loaded with cherry, blackberry, blueberry purée. Help us celebrate by enjoying this lovely triple berry sour.

NEIPA - 7% - Summer’s End is a pillowy soft, Hazy IPA released just in time to celebrate the changing of the seasons. Brewed with hefty doses of Kohatu, Cashmere Cryo, and Sitiva, this new hazy is juicy and flavorful, with notes of mango, lemon-lime, and white grape from these unique hops.
Hazy IPA - 6.5% - Relax is a bright and juicy Hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Bru-1 and HBC 586. This little Hazy has intense notes of clementine, pineapple and lemon zest and is the perfect companion to just sit back, relax, and have a beer.
Plus, Joanne says it smells yummy, so it’s gotta be good.
Blonde Ale - 5.5% - This beer will appeal to the craft beer drinker and the “just give me a beer” drinker alike. Easy drinking, straightforward and clean but by no means simple.
