NEIIPA - 8.5% - We got with our friends at Rebel Hill Brewing (Phoenixville, PA) and tried a little experimentation for this hazy juice bomb. We paired "Cosmic Punch" yeast with Phantasm Powder and hopped heavily with experimental hop HBC586, Motueka, Citra and New Zealand Cascade. We love the complex blend of flavors, with notes of mixed berries, white sangria and tropical smoothies.
