Lost Inside My Head is another hybrid beer inspired by a famous New England brewery we all know and love. This Hazy Double IPA was hopped with Sativa and Nelson Sauvin and then fermented with Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer grape juices. A beautiful beer with notes of peach, pear and white sangria
Relax is a bright and juicy Hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Bru-1 and HBC 586. This little Hazy has intense notes of clementine, pineapple and lemon zest and is the perfect companion to just sit back, relax, and have a beer. Plus, Joanne says it smells yummy, so it’s gotta be good.
We had the pleasure of hosting Free Will Brewing Company recently for the first of 2 collabs. We wanted to push the envelope a bit and tweak the classic West Coast IPA. We used Star Party, a newly engineered thiolized Chico strain from Omega Yeasts. This yeast is made specificlly to enhance thiol production during fermentation. To pump those thiols even more, we added Phantasm powder. Finally, we hopped this bad boy with some fresh simcoe, chinook and NZ cascade. Expect big dank notes of grapefr
With a beautiful straw color and a nose of Cyrano-ic proportion, this juicy New England IPA combines three fellow beer geek hop favorites: Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic. Tropical/berries/peach/citrus all wrapped in one. Need we say more?
As refreshing as a summer drive along the beach in a Z28 with a top down. No? How about a scenic boat ride down the Rhine River? Aww yeah. Our clear, crisp Kolsch is so easy to drink you'll find yourself amazed at how fast your pint glass goes dry. That's ok. Have another. Its only 5%..
We brewed our Philly Sour Gose and conditioned it on blueberry and pomegranate puree.
Once again we teamed up with our good friends from Second Sin to bring you a collaboration brew. We settled on a few new (to us) ingredients, banana and granola, to bring you a sour beer perfect for brunch...or any time.
This ESB was brewed with Maris Otter for its unique flavor contribution, just the right amount of crystal malts for color and sweetness and then finished with English hops. Subtle Rejection is a beautiful, balanced Extra Special Bitter that’ll sooth any rejection ouchie-subtle or otherwise. Oh yeah, it also goes down easy anytime you are looking for a great pub ale
We took On Point, one of our saisons brewed with spelt and a special yeast blend, and racked it into a white wine barrel and 2 red wine barrels. We conditioned the beer on plum and red currant for 19 months before blending this very special liquid.
American style wheat beer brewed with fresh orange zest and coriander. This easy drinking summer crusher is perfect for those hot summer days when you need something light and refreshing. Expect notes of citrus and orange peel.
We got with our good friends at Lost Tavern and brewed up this tasty pastry stout. Over a hundred pounds of toasted coconut, a ridiculous amount of cocoa nibs, and just enough Madagascar vanilla went into this German-style Chocolate Cake. Rich, chocolaty, and decadent. Contains lactose.
This beer will appeal to the craft beer drinker and the “just give me a beer” drinker alike. Easy drinking, straightforward and clean but by no means simple.
Our take on a simple classic. This beer was brewed with classic English malt, a few of our select specialty malts and balanced with EKG hops. We taste notes of toast, toffee, nuts and slight chocolate. Perfect for those wanting a flavorful and delicious low-ABV beer.
